Our newly built holiday flats are located in the middle of green meadows. It was always Harald's dream to build these and so four new holiday flats were built in 2013. They are located directly next to the farmhouse and were lovingly furnished with wood from local forests.
A spacious balcony and the garden with playground invite you to relax with family and friends. In the garden or on your balcony you will find deckchairs to relax.

Small apartments to 45 sqm - Large apartments to 55 sqm
The flats are comfortably and above all cosily furnished, with the aim of providing you with as familiar an atmosphere as possible.
Each flat has a spacious terrace or balcony with a beautiful view so that you can enjoy your holidays.
In the holiday flats, mostly natural and, above all, high-quality materials have been used. Wooden floors, natural wood on the ceiling of the bathroom and also the natural-coloured tiles create a cosy ambience. Our kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction cooker as well as kettle and toaster. Cutlery, glasses, plates etc. are available in abundance.
On request we can provide you equipment for small children (baby cot, high chair).

Our herb garden is at your free disposal. All herbs are marked with signs, but if you have any doubts or questions, please feel free to contact us.
Our holiday flats also offer: free WLAN, 2 separate bedrooms, spacious fully equipped kitchen-living room, large garden with playground and barbecue facilities, covered car parking, waste disposal room, ski room with heated ski boot rack, playroom for the little ones, laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and clothes horse. Towels are provided in our flats and are changed once a week (upon request).

House rules at the Pichlerhof
Welcome to our holiday flat dear guests!
You are spending your holiday in a private holiday flat. We have taken great care with the furnishings and hope that you will have a wonderful holiday. The following house rules are intended as a guide, in which we only describe how we would ideally like the flat and its inventory to be handled. In addition, for our own convenience, we have listed a few rules which we hope you will find understandable. By treating the flat in an orderly manner, you will also help us to provide you with a beautiful holiday flat in the future.

Arrival: from 3.00 p.m. or by arrangement our flats are ready for you to move in, then your holiday begins and we wish you a nice and above all relaxing time.
Departure: at 10.00 a.m. we ask you to leave the flat... hope to see you again at the Pichlerhof in Val Casies. We kindly ask you to keep to the stated or agreed times so that we can ensure thorough cleaning for all our guests.
General: If you miss anything in the facility or you need help, please contact us with confidence. All things that are in or belong to the holiday flat or balcony may and should be used by the guests. Please treat all furnishings and inventory with care. The tenant must treat the rental object with care and ensure that his fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions.
Kitchen: Please note that dishes will only be put back into the cupboards in a clean condition, the same applies to cutlery, pots and utensils that you have used. If you have rented two flats, please do not mix the dishes. Each flat is equipped with enough crockery for more people.
The furniture has a fixed place in the flat according to its function. Please do not move the furniture. The balcony or terrace is furnished.
Furniture: The use of the flat furniture for the balcony, terrace or garden is prohibited. If you need more chairs, please let us know.
Rubbish: You will find rubbish bins by the covered parking spaces. For the sake of the environment, we ask you to separate your rubbish carefully, all rubbish bins are labelled.
To the smokers: Smoking is strictly forbidden in our holiday flat. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bed linen, tablecloths etc. will result in us having to charge you for this at replacement value. This is in no way included in the rental price. Therefore, smoking is only allowed on the terraces, where you will also find the ashtray.
Keys: Please do not give your keys out of your hand. In case of loss of the keys, the tenant is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
Bathroom: Please do not dispose of any hygiene products or food leftovers in the toilet.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request and extra charge ( 20 € per day)
Damage: Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to everyone that something gets broken. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of any damage that has occurred, so that we do not have to wait until after your departure to find it out at the final cleaning. The tenants are liable for damages, as far as they, their fellow travellers or guests are responsible for them or for other reasons. Here are not meant trifles, such as a broken glass.
Duty of care: Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the flat in order to avoid damage that may be caused by bad weather.
Liability: The landlord is liable for the careful making of the reservation and the provision of the apartment or holiday home. In the event of force majeure or adverse circumstances, the landlord has the right to offer the tenant and the persons registered with him/her equivalent accommodation. If no equivalent substitute accommodation can be offered, or if the tenant does not agree with the substitute accommodation, both parties have the option to terminate the contract. In this case, the liability of the landlord is limited to the reimbursement of the amounts paid. The guest as well as his fellow travellers hereby expressly declare to use the apartment as well as all objects of the apartment at their own risk and to indemnify the landlord from all claims for recourse to be derived from this.
Invoice: We kindly ask you to settle the invoice the day before departure in cash or by credit card/EC card.
